Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. All orders may be returned for a refund at any time after purchase. This is a lifetime guarantee.
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the poster as long as your item is in the same condition that you received it. If there has been damage not caused by shipping, the amount of the refund may be reduced. Our posters are collectibles and are not mass-produced reproductions so we just ask that you carefully handle any poster you may wish to return.
One of the best ways to avoid a return with a vintage movie poster is to look closely at the photos in the listings and take advantage of the zoom feature. We do not use stock images - every poster shown is the exact poster being sold.
If you plan to display the poster, you may want to measure the space on your wall prior to purchase. Every poster listing includes measurements and many listings have photos with virtual frames. You are always welcome to contact us with any questions about a particular poster!
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed within 48 hours. A refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There are no restocking fees.
Shipping
Damaged Items
You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label if desired. You are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Voluntary Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake by Original Film Art. For standard returns, please note that any shipping costs are non-refundable.
Posters must either be in the original packaging or one of equal durability. Items returned with insufficient packaging may not receive a full refund if the item is damaged due to poor packing.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
