This is an original, linen-backed three-sheet theatrical movie poster from 1957 for The Undead starring Pamela Duncan, Richard Garland, Allison Hayes, Val Dufour, Mel Welles, and Billy Barty. Roger Corman directed the classic horror thriller. Albert Kallis is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 41" x 81" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good to excellent condition prior to backing with pinholes from theatrical display and minimal minor edge/fold wear. The poster was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not a stock image. The small, black squares in the corners and sides of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1957 to promote the initial, theatrical release of The Undead, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
