This is an original, one-sheet movie poster 1973 for Black Caesar starring Fred Williamson, Minnie Gentry, Julius W. Harris, D'Urville Martin, Don Pedro Colley, Gloria Hendry, Art Lund, Val Avery, and Phillip Roye. Larry Cohen directed the action thriller that was also released as Godfather of Harlem. George Akimoto is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 27"x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in good to very good condition prior to restoration with pinholes from theatrical display, minor edge and fold wear, and some light surface scuffs from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
