This is an original Finnish movie poster from 1955 for East of Eden starring Julie Harris, James Dean, Raymond Massey, Burl Ives, Richard Davalos and Jo Van Fleet. Elia Kazan directed the film based on the novel by John Steinbeck.
The poster measures 15.75" x 23.5" and is in good condition with a a few tears along the edges from previous handling. There is light rippling and discoloration in parts of the poster from previous exposure to moisture. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. It has some minor fold wear and pinholes from theatrical display. The poster has been stored flat for many years and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
