This is an original, Italian 4 fogli movie poster from 1977 for a theatrical re-release of Walt Disney's Pinocchio. The classic film features the voices of Dickie Jones (as Pinocchio), Cliff Edwards (as Jiminy Cricket), Christian Rub (as Gepetto), Evelyn Venable, Mel Blanc, Walter Catlett and Frankie Darro. Hamilton Luske and Ben Sharpsteen directed the puppet fantasy.
The poster measures 55” x 78" and was printed in two sections designed to overlap. It is in very good to excellent, unused condition with a tiny spot of paper loss on the top white edge. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
