This is an original, linen-backed, French grande theatrical movie poster from 1975 for Jaws starring Roy Scheider, Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss, Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton and Carl Gottlieb. Steven Spielberg directed the classic film. Roger Kastel is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 46" x 61.25" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to backing with some tiny, faint spots of discoloration on parts the red French title at the top of the poster. It was folded at the time of printing and the fold lines are moderately less visible after backing. The poster was linen-backed in the European style without significant restoration.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
