This is an original, rolled, insert movie poster from 1965 for The Agony and the Ecstasy starring Charlton Heston, Rex Harrison, Diane Cilento, Harry Andrews, Alberto Lupo, and Eleni Anousaki. Carol Reed directed the biography of painter and sculptor Michelangelo based on a novel by Irving Stone.
The poster measures 14” x 36” and is in very good condition with minor creasing and wear around the edges from previous handling. Unlike most insert posters from this period, it has never been folded.
