The stakes were life and death."This is an original, rolled, Australian one-sheet movie poster from 1984 for The Cotton Club starring Richard Gere, Gregory Hines, Diane Lane, Bob Hoskins, Nicolas Cage, Laurence Fishburne, Tom Waits, Jennifer Grey and Mario Van Peebles. Francis Ford Coppola directed the film. Michael Marcus is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 29" x 39" (it has not been trimmed) and is in very good condition with some creasing/wear along the edges of the poster. Unlike most theatrical one-sheets from this period, this poster has never been folded.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
