This is an original German A0 theatrical movie poster from 1968 for Oliver! starring Ron Moody, Oliver Reed, Harry Secombe, Shani Wallis, Mark Lester and Jack Wild. Carol Reed directed the classic English musical. Howard Terpning is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 33” x 47” and is in very good condition with minimal edge and fold wear from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage and collectible movie posters. There is a pinhole-size separation at the right cross-fold.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1968 to promote the German theatrical release of Oliver!, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
