Grease (1978)

This is an original, linen-backed, one-sheet movie poster from 1978 for Grease starring John Travolta, Olivia Newton-John, Stockard Channing, Frankie Avalon and Sid Caesar. Randal Kleiser directed the comedy based on the Broadway musical.  Linda Fennimore is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 27” x 41” and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display.  It is in excellent condition.  Prior to restoration, the poster was in good to very good condition with minor edge and fold wear along with some scattered creases and smudges from handling.  It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are barely noticeable after restoration.  Linen backed posters are stored flat and this poster will be rolled for for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer. 

Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image.  The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets.
