This is an original one sheet movie poster from 1979 for National Lampoon's Animal House starring John Belushi, Tim Matheson, Tom Hulce, John Vernon, Karen Allen, Donald Sutherland and Kevin Bacon. John Landis directed the classic comedy. Rick Meyerowitz is the artist for the poster.
Animal House was such a huge hit when released in July 1978 that the studio decided to re-release the film the following summer. This one-sheet poster is from the September 1979 re-release of the film The poster has the tagline "Guess Who's Back?"
The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal edge and fold wear. It was poster folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and are not pins.
