I Kiss Your Hand, Madame (1929)

    • This is an original Argentine movie poster from 1929 for Ich kusse Ihre Hand (later released in the US as I Kiss Your Hand, Madame in 1932) starring Marlene Dietrich, Harry Liedtke, Pierre de Guingand, Charles Puffy, and Richard Tauber. Robert Land directed the German drama.

The poster measures 14.5" x 29.25" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in good to very good condition prior to linen-backing with pinholes in the corners from theatrical display. The poster had minor fold wear and a few light brown stains along the edges and at the top-center. The poster has been linen-backed in the European style without touch-ups or restoration. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.

Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small, black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets to hold the poster down and are not pins.

This rare and very collectible poster, printed in 1929 to promote the theatrical release of I Kiss Your Hand, Madame, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
