This is an original German A0 theatrical movie poster from 1987 for Full Metal Jacket starring Matthew Modine, Vincent D'Onofrio, R. Lee Ermey and Adam Baldwin. Stanley Kubrick directed the Vietnam war film. Philip Castle is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 33” x 47” and is in very good condition with staple holes in the corners from theatrical display. There are also pinholes on the bottom-right corner of the image. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage and collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
