This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1973 for Papillon starring Steve McQueen, Dustin Hoffman, Victor Jory, Don Gordon, and Anthony Zerbe. Franklin J. Schaffner directed the prison escape drama based on a novel by Henri Charriere. Tom Jung is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and is in good to very good condition with light creasing along the outer edges, two small spots of discoloration on the left and right edges from previous exposure to moisture when folded, and a few tiny smudges/creases from handling. It was folded at the time of printing and has minor wear along the folds and cross-folds. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
