Harper (1966)

This is an original six-sheet movie poster from 1966 for Harper starring Paul Newman, Lauren Bacall, Julie Harris, Arthur Hill, Janet Leigh, Pamela Tiffin, Robert Wagner, and Shelley Winters. The film, released as "The Moving Target" outside the United States and as "Detective's Story" in Italy, was directed by Jack Smight.

The six-sheet poster was printed in the United States for use in theaters outside the country (and features the international title).  It measures 81" x 81" and was printed in 4 sections designed to overlap. It is in very good to excellent condition with very minor edge and fold wear. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.

Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying and not a stock photo). The small, black squares around the edges and in the middle of the poster are magnets and not pins.

This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1966 to promote the theatrical release of Harper, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
