This is an original Italian 2 Fogli theatrical movie poster from 1972 for The Cowboys starring John Wayne, Roscoe Lee Browne, Bruce Dern, Colleen Dewhurst, Stephen Hudis, Al Barker Jr., Robert Carradine, and Norman Howell. Mark Rydell directed the cowboy western.
The poster measures 39" x 55" and is in very good condition with pinholes on the white edges from theatrical display and minor edge and fold wear from previous handling. The poster was folded at the time of printing and there is a tiny separation on the upper-left cross-fold. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares on the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.This rare and collectible poster, printed in 1972 to promote the Italian theatrical release of The Cowboys, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
