Size: 24.5”x 37.5”This is an original, rolled, special one-sheet movie poster from 1970 for New York premiere of Gimme Shelter. The infamous Altamont concert documentary features The Rolling Stones, Jefferson Airplane, Ike and Tina Turner, The Grateful Dead, and Dick Carter. Charlotte Zwerin, Albert Maysles, and David Maysles directed the film.
This very rare one-sheet poster was printed in 1970 for the December premiere of the film at the Plaza Theatre in New York City. It measures 24.5”x 37.5” and is in good to very good condition with moderate edge and surface wear. It has never been folded.
