This is an original, Italian 4 Fogli theatrical movie poster from 1972 for Salome starring Veruschka von Lehndorff, Donyale Luna, Lydia Mancinelli, Piero Vida, and Alfiero Vincenti. Carmelo Bene directed the historical, romantic drama.
The poster measures 55” x 78" and was printed in two sections designed to overlap. It is in very good condition with scattered, light surface creases from long term storage.. It was folded at the time of printing and some of the fold lines have slightly darkened with age. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
