Jaws (1975)

This is an original, linen-backed, one-sheet movie poster from 1975 for Jaws starring Roy Scheider, Robert Shaw, Richard Dreyfuss, Lorraine Gary, Murray Hamilton and Carl Gottlieb. Steven Spielberg directed the classic film. Roger Kastel is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to restoration with a single pinhole in each corner from theatrical display and some scattered, faint creases from handing.  It was folded at the time of printing and had minimal fold wear.  The folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing.  The poster required minimal restoration and is now in excellent condition. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
