This is an original, Italian twelve sheet movie poster from 1976 for Silent Movie starring Mel Brooks, Marty Feldman, Dom DeLuise, Sid Caesar, Bernadette Peters, Paul Newman, and Marcel Marceau. Mel Brooks directed the comedy. John Alvin is the artist for the poster.
The billboard size poster measures 116.5" x 214" (about 10 feet x 18 feet) and is in very good condition. It was printed in twelve sections designed to overlap. There is some wear along the top edge and some paper loss in the top-left, vertical fold.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners are magnets to hold the poster down and are not any defect or part of the poster.
