Alien (1979)

This is an original, French grande theatrical movie poster from 1979 for Alien starring Sigourney Weaver, Tom Skerritt, Veronica Cartwright, Harry Dean Stanton, John Hurt, and Ian Holm. Ridley Scott directed the science fiction classic. Steve Frankfurt and Philip Gips created the iconic poster art.

The poster measures 47” x 62.75” and is in very good condition with some pinholes and small pieces of tape residue in the white corners from previous display. There is a very tiny, pinhole tear near the bottom of the poster (about 1/3 from the bottom at the center).   It  was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.

Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying and not a stock photo). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
