Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1979)

This is an original, rolled, one-sheet movie poster from 1979 for Star Trek: The Motion Picture starring William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelley, James Doohan, George Takei, Walter Koenig, Nichelle Nichols and Stephen Collins. Robert Wise directed the film.  Bob Peak is the artist for the poster.

The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in very good condition with areas of darkening and discoloration along parts of the outer white edge from previous exposure to light and moisture.  Most of the discoloration is along the top edge and extends to the back of the poster where the paper was exposed during long term storage. Remarkably, the discoloration along the edges do not impact the main image of the poster which is in excellent condition.  Unlike most one sheet posters from this period, it has never been folded.

Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying).  It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
