This is an original movie poster from 1988 for initial, Polish theatrical release of The Bridge on the River Kwai starring William Holden, Alec Guinness, Jack Hawkins, and Sessue Hayakawa. David Lean directed the Academy Award-winning movie. Mieczyslaw Wasilewski is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 26.5" x 37.75" and is in very good condition with some minor wear and a tiny tear on the left edge. It was folded at the time of printing but has been stored flat for many years. It will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos as this is the exact poster you are buying. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
