Artist: Manfredo AcerboThis is an original Italian movie poster from 1953 for John Huston's Moulin Rouge starring Jose Ferrer, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Suzanne Flon, Colette Marchand and Claude Nollier. John Huston directed the classic film based on the novel by Pierre La Mure. Manfredo Acerbo is the artist for the poster.
The locandina poster measures 13"x 28" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
