This is an original, German A1 theatrical movie poster from 1967 for Cool Hand Luke starring Paul Newman, George Kennedy, J.D. Cannon, Jo Van Fleet, Robert Drivas, Dennis Hopper, Harry Dean Stanton and Morgan Woodward. Stuart Rosenberg directed the classic, prison escape thriller. Rolf Goetze is the artist for the poster.
The A1 poster measures 23” x 33” and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal edge wear from handling. There is a very small piece of tape on the back of the poster on the upper left from theatrical display. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
