The classic 1939 film stars Judy Garland, Jack Haley, Bert Lahr, Ray Bolger, Frank Morgan, Margaret Hamilton and Billie Burke. Victor Fleming directed the musical.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing with minor fold wear. Like most one-sheet movie posters printed before 1990, it was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). This rare and collectible poster, printed in 1958 to promote the initial theatrical release of Cape Fear, is not a reproduction.
The small black circles in the corners are magnets to hold the poster down and are not any defect or part of the poster.
