This is an original one-sheet movie poster from 1980 for the Special Edition theatrical re-release of Close Encounters of the Third Kind starring Richard Dreyfuss, Teri Garr, Melinda Dillon, Francois Truffaut, Bob Balaban and Cary Guffey. Steven Spielberg directed the science-fiction film.The poster measures 27"x 41" and is in very good condition with minor edge and surface wear. Like many one-sheet posters printed before 1990, this poster was folded before being shipped to a movie theater. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. The poster has minor fold wear.
