This is an original French grande movie poster from the 1950s for a theatrical re-release of Twice Two starring Stan Laurel, Oliver Hardy, Baldwin Cooke, Charlie Hall, and Carol Tevis. James Parrott directed the the Laurel and Hardy comedy short film. The film was titled Les Jois du Mariage (The Joys of Marriage) in France.
The one-panel poster measures 46" x 63" and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
This rare and collectible poster, printed in the 1950s to promote a French theatrical re-release of Twice Two, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
