This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1950 for Sunset Boulevard starring William Holden, Gloria Swanson, Erich von Stroheim, Nancy Olson, Fred Clark, Lloyd Gough, Jack Webb, Cecil B. DeMille, Hedda Hopper, and Buster Keaton. Billy Wilder directed the classic, Hollywood film noir.
The Style B poster measures 27"x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to restoration with pinholes from theatrical display, minor wear around parts of the white edges, and wear some of the folds and cross-folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
