This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1980 for the Special Edition theatrical release of Close Encounters of the Third Kind starring Richard Dreyfuss, Teri Garr, Melinda Dillon, Francois Truffaut, Bob Balaban and Cary Guffey. Steven Spielberg directed the science-fiction film.
The poster measures 27"x 41" and is in very good condition with scattered, light creasing along the white edges and surfaces from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing and has light fold and cross-fold wear. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
