This is an original, three sheet theatrical movie poster from 1954 for a re-release of The Best Years of Our Lives (1946) starring Myrna Loy, Fredric March, Dana Andrews, Teresa Wright, Virginia Mayo and Hoagy Carmichael. William Wyler directed the classic drama based on the novel by MacKinlay Kantor.
The poster measures 41” x 81” and is in very good to excellent, unused condition with minimal wear from long-term storage. It was printed in two sections designed to overlap and was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
