This is an original, French grande theatrical movie poster from 1973 for the initial release of The Getaway starring Steve McQueen, Ali MacGraw, Ben Johnson, Sally Struthers, Slim Pickens and Bo Hopkins. Sam Peckinpah directed the film based on the novel by Jim Thompson. Rene Ferracci is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 47.25" x 63" and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from handling and long-term storage. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
