This is an original, linen-backed, Argentinian movie poster from 1955 for the initial release of Brigadoon starring Gene Kelly, Van Johnson, Cyd Charisse, Elaine Stewart, Barry Jones, Albert Sharpe, and George Chakiris. Vincente Minnelli directed the classic, romantic musical.
The poster measures 29.25" x 43.75" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. It was in very good condition prior to restoration with pinholes on the edges from theatrical display and a few smudges on the edges from handling. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image.
